Services

We help you plan, record, and publish a show that sounds like you.

Two parts: a Launch phase that builds your show properly from the start, and a monthly Podcast Partnership that keeps it publishing — four episodes a month, without the production landing on your desk.

The offer

Start right. Then stay consistent.

A typical month

A rhythm you can keep.

Consistency is the whole strategy — so the process is built to fit a working owner’s calendar, not a full-time creator’s.

1

Agree the topics

We confirm the month’s questions and who each episode is for. Short, practical, done in advance.

2

Record in batches

Sessions are recorded remotely through Riverside, with direction and coaching in the room with you.

3

We produce

Editing is coordinated, episodes are quality-reviewed, and titles and notes are prepared.

4

Publish weekly

Your show goes out on schedule — one useful conversation a week, building a library over time.

Clear boundaries

What’s not included — on purpose.

Audio first, done well. These are available separately, or coming later — we’d rather tell you plainly than bury it.

  • Short-form clips & videoNot part of the audio partnership unless separately agreed. Video and a physical studio are future services.
  • Podcast hosting feesPaid directly by you, in your account — that’s deliberate, so you own your show outright.
  • Guaranteed resultsNo one can honestly promise downloads, leads, or revenue. We promise direction, craft, and follow-through.

Optional addition

Custom music, made locally.

Want a sound that’s yours, not a stock library’s? Custom music can be created with a Menlo Park musician as an optional addition to your launch.

  • Composed for your showIntro, outro, and transitions matched to your tone.
  • Quoted separatelyMusic scope and usage rights are quoted and agreed on their own terms, before any work starts.

FAQ

Before you ask.

How long are episodes?

Up to 30 finished minutes each. That’s long enough for a real conversation and short enough that busy people finish it — and that you can record consistently.

Where do we record?

Remotely, through Riverside, from wherever you normally work. You’ll want a quiet room, a decent microphone, and headphones — we cover the simple setup during launch.

Who edits the episodes?

Editing is coordinated through BareValue, our production partner. Expert Frequency directs the edit, reviews every episode for quality, and manages publishing — you deal with one partner, not a chain of freelancers.

Do I own my podcast?

Yes. Hosting and distribution are configured in your name, your files are yours, and your show carries its own name and artwork. “Produced by Expert Frequency” appears only with your permission.

What does it cost?

The Podcast Partnership is $1,250 per month at the founding rate — four episodes a month with direction, coaching, editing coordination, quality review, and publishing included. There’s also a one-time launch fee to build your show (direction, artwork, trailer, and setup), confirmed in writing after a short introductory call, before you commit to anything. Hosting is billed directly to you by the hosting provider, in your name.

Can guests join my episodes?

Yes — conversations with guests record through the same Riverside setup. We’ll help you plan who to invite and what to ask, so guest episodes serve your audience, not just your guest list.

What if I need to pause or stop?

Cancellation terms are agreed in writing before launch, in plain language. Because you own your hosting and files, stopping is straightforward — your published episodes stay yours.

Will this get me more clients?

A consistent, useful show builds familiarity and trust, explains your work clearly, and deepens professional relationships. Those are the goals we work toward together. Downloads and leads are potential outcomes — never guaranteed deliverables.

Let’s turn your questions into episodes.

The first step is a listening conversation — what you do, who it’s for, and whether a podcast fits. No pitch deck, no pressure.
